Podium Gold Weightlifting Club

Here is a recent video of Hysen Pulaku setting an unofficial Junior World Record in the Clean and Jerk at 205kg. This lift is 3kg better than the current, official Junior World Record. Hysen will be competing in the upcoming London Olympics in the 77kg weight class.

CSA Nutrition proudly stands behind it's supplements. We recently enlisted the help of Dr. Matt Johnson Ph.D., founder of The Molecular Kinetics in San Ramon, CA, to design and conduct a Pilot Study on our powerful strength supplement, Podium Gold™.


The results from the study confirm what we already knew and are available here. Some of the highlights are below:


Bench Press - 70% increase in number of reps at 70% 1RM (1 rep max) versus the control group


Bench Press - 10kg (12.6%) increase in 1RM versus 1.8kg (2.2%) for the control


Squat - 9.68kg (10%) increase for 5RM (5 rep max) versus 2.90kg (2.86%) for the control


Body Fat - -0.54kg (-4.89%) decrease versus no change for the control


Body Weight - 1.75kg (2.2%) increase versus 1kg (1.3%) increase in the control
